For over 20 years, Jim has worked with NFL players, NFL coaches, and top college coaches—helping them navigate contract negotiations, career moves, and financial strategy. A former college and pro football player, he brings firsthand knowledge of the game, both on the field and behind the scenes.
After hanging up his cleats, Jim built a career advising some of the best in football—earning a reputation for being loyal, strategic, and tough at the table. He’s also a partner at First Down Financial, where he helps clients build smart, long-term financial plans built for life during and after football.
